Having worked at established companies such as IBM and Dell, I was interested in joining a business that was rapidly expanding. Being one of the first employees at a new organisation gives you a real sense of ownership - we all want the company to grow and succeed and are committed to playing a part in that success. As a smaller company, OSC provides the opportunity for employees to become more involved in developing processes and influencing key decisions. OSC welcomes people who voice an opinion.

After studying at Jammu University and NIIT Jammu, I spent time working at Convergys and PNB Principal Insurance Advisory Co before joining OSC as an IT specialist. My day-to-day role involves looking after processes such as mobile phone fleet management, infrastructure voice and key performance indicators for Clifford Chance.

The company is focused on ensuring that Clifford Chance is satisfied with the quality of the support we provide. But OSC also emphasises the importance of developing employees and there are tremendous opportunities for career progression in the company.
