Mansi Kashyap
IT Team Leader

I joined OSC in May 2007 as a team leader in the IT team. The role at OSC appealed to me, as I wanted to work somewhere that had real global reach. As part of the extensive training I received, I spent time at Clifford Chance's London office, before returning to Gurgaon to share my newly-acquired knowledge about the processes we would be managing with my team. OSC provides a rich learning experience for all its employees.

As a relatively new company, OSC employees are dedicated to growing and developing the business. We are proud of the company and value the diversity and cultures within it. The open and approachable style of working, as well as the opportunities for career development make it a great place to work.

Having worked at established companies such as IBM and Dell, I was interested in joining a business that was rapidly expanding. Being one of the first employees at a new organisation gives you a real sense of ownership - we all want the company to grow and succeed and are committed to playing a part in that success. As a smaller company, OSC provides the opportunity for employees to become more involved in developing processes and influencing key decisions. OSC welcomes people who voice an opinion.

Shakun Sood
IT Specialist

After studying at Jammu University and NIIT Jammu, I spent time working at Convergys and PNB Principal Insurance Advisory Co before joining OSC as an IT specialist. My day-to-day role involves looking after processes such as mobile phone fleet management, infrastructure voice and key performance indicators for Clifford Chance.

The company is focused on ensuring that Clifford Chance is satisfied with the quality of the support we provide. But OSC also emphasises the importance of developing employees and there are tremendous opportunities for career progression in the company. Extensive training is provided and OSC really values individual talent and encourages employees to grow within the company.

Nitin Dhasmana
Accounting Specialist

I have over two years' experience in Finance and Accounting with companies like Genpact, but I was looking for the opportunity to be associated with a genuinely global organisation that shares the same core values as I do, principally that of commitment. My objective was met when I was presented with an opportunity to join OSC, which I grabbed instantly.

I joined OSC in March 2007 as an accounting specialist in the pioneer team. Within just a few months of joining the organisation, I travelled to Germany and received first hand training out there.

As a new start-up, everyone is looking forward to giving their best and to growing as the company develops.
